Jessica’s perspective is defined by a "ground-up" career path that began in the late 1990s. By working through every role in the agency, from filing and reception to commercial service and management, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape and the daily realities facing her team.
Holding the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI), and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designations, Jessica serves as the technical resource for the agency. While she possesses the versatility to address risks across many industries, her current focus is behind the scenes: mentoring the staff on complex coverage questions and ensuring the business operates with technical precision and authenticity.
Committed to a "people-over-profit" philosophy, Jessica is dedicated to maintaining the agency’s 140-year independent model. Her leadership emphasizes a human-first approach that prioritizes integrity, internal mentorship, and the long-term well-being of both the team and the North Shore community.
A resident of Wilmette, Jessica is deeply invested in the local area. Outside of the office, she prioritizes time with her husband, Stephen, and their daughter, Christina. She is a proponent of scratch-made cooking, valuing the same attention to detail and traditional craft in her personal life that she brings to the agency’s long-standing heritage.
