Commercial Lines Account Manager 

A Permanent Home For Advocacy

We are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager who values the human side of insurance. In this role, you aren’t just managing policies; you are part of a collective effort to protect the local businesses—manufacturers, non-profits, and restaurants—that make our community thrive.


The Role: Supporting The Collective

As the backbone of our service team, you will work hand-in-hand with Producers and our dedicated support staff to provide thoughtful stewardship for an assigned book of business.

  • Thoughtful Renewal Planning: We utilize a 90-120 day renewal cycle to ensure we have the time to be thorough, proactive, and truly helpful to our clients.

  • Technical Guidance: You’ll serve as a steady point of contact, assisting clients with the nuances of audits, endorsements, and navigating potential claims.

  • Collaboration: From creating applications to reviewing issued policies for accuracy, you will work alongside our Producers to deliver a seamless experience.

  • Relationship Management: You will maintain open lines of communication with both our clients and our carrier partners, ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goal.

Key Functions & Requirements

  • Maintain a valid P&C Producer License.

  • Manage daily account activities including certificates of insurance, change requests, and renewals.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide advisory support.

  • Utilize AMS systems to ensure clear, documented communication.

  • Bring a self-motivated, positive attitude to a collaborative team setting.
