Emina Becovic began her career in insurance over 20 years ago while pursuing a degree in adolescent psychology. Her journey started with a captive carrier, where she gained valuable industry knowledge and experience. Years later, she transitioned to a role with a retail agency and quickly grew to love the ability to offer clients options from many of the top carriers. Having worked on both the captive and retail sides has given her a well-rounded perspective and the skills to support clients effectively. Early in her career, she was told, ‘Once you start in insurance, you never leave’—and they were right. Decades later, she is not only passionate about helping clients but also leading a strong team of dedicated and motivated insurance professionals. Outside of work, you can find her and her husband in the bleachers, cheering on their three kids as they grow into thriving young adults.
