Emina’s path into the insurance industry began over 20 years ago, sparked by a desire to help people navigate complex decisions and protect their futures. While she originally pursued a degree in adolescent psychology, she quickly discovered that the same principles of connection, communication, and support were the bedrock of effective insurance advocacy. Today, as Vice President of Operations, Emina leverages her deep technical expertise and her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation to lead the agency’s service standards.
Having worked on both the captive and independent agency sides, Emina brings a rare, well-rounded perspective to the firm. She understands that true advocacy requires more than just coverage, it requires options, tailored solutions, and a foundation of trust. In her leadership role, she has transitioned from protecting one client at a time to empowering an entire team of professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality stewardship.

Outside of the office, Emina is embracing a new season of life. After years of cheering on her three children from the bleachers, she now enjoys watching them build their own lives as independent young adults.
