Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee In 1885 James R. Smart founded the real estate firm of Smart & Golee, Inc. In 1972, James M. Flanagan merged Heil & Heil Insurance Agency, Inc (H&HIA), which was originally established by George Heil, with Smart and Golee to form Heil, Heil, Smart & Golee, Inc.(HHS&G). In addition to the insurance agency and property management divisions, HHS&G also holds 100% interests in several real estate holding subsidiaries.
